Rogue Roundup at Studios

We're already nearing the launch of Rogue One product, and Tatooine Traders has added this small display sign to inform you of Disney Store Pre-orders.

Elsewhere in the park, more signs of exciting imminent hype increasing.

Inside the Launch Bay cargo bay, there are many new high end collectables that are great to look at and admire without paying the very large prices:

And lastly, there was no signs that the reissue of the 3.75 Starspeeder 1000 has arrived yet at WDW. I will let you know when I see it again for myself with my own eyes, if it does indeed show up here again. Thanks for reading, stay tuned for more, and if you want to see more from the parks check out my Updatepage! As always, May the Force be with you.

Walmart Shelves Update

Here's a typical look at what the Star Wars section has arrived at right now. As you can see, it's come to around $10 for Black Series 3.75 and $12 for Black Series 6 Inch. Only $4 for basic Build a Weapon figures! With clearances everywhere, now is a good time to check your local stores!

Also Halloween decorations have arrived, of all sorts...

This Halloween Trick or Treat bucket is $5, but is actually really spiffy. Makes a great storage container for odds and ends, too.

That's about all. Thanks for reading, and May the Force be with you!

Revell Snap-Tight Model Kit: Kylo Ren's Command Shuttle

Yesterday I was lucky to pick up a used unassembled Revell Model Kit of Kylo Ren's command shuttle. These are sold at the Star Wars Launch Bay, model shops, and online. Though you will see their smaller $20 counterparts at Target.

Those smaller ones are really easy to assemble, look great, and feature lights and sounds. This larger model I found much more difficult to assemble. Granted it was missing pieces (Wing underside paneling and side cannons) but it was still a difficult build that requires a flat work surface and good snippers.

No glue or paint is required, and as you can see the finished product looks great. (Micro Machines Kylo added for scale)

My biggest problem with the set is that the wing plastic is so brittle I managed to crack it in one spot trying to snap it together. This is definitely only a set I'd recommend to really experienced modelers. With Rogue One coming out we'll see a huge new range of models from Revell, so I'd give advice to stick with the small stuff.

If you have the skill and the patience though, this is the largest model on the market for Kylo's shuttle. And it really does look great. Hopefully we will see more of it in the future, though personally I'm still holding out for a good version of the First Order Troop Transport at some point.

Thanks for reading, have a great week, and May the Force be with you!

2015 Force Friday Anniversary

Happy Saturday everyone! We've come year round since last year's Force Friday, and we've gotten back here with alot more toys and Force Awakens viewings on our belts!

I'm sad to hear the rumor that only Toys R Us will be holding midnight events, but I expect there still might be hanging out at midnight at the local Walmart. Always in motion, the future is!

But since we've marked one year of Zuvio I thought I'd take a look back on that wonderful Force Friday!

Not much before Midnight. And sparse it remained for so many months!

The product shippers rolled out at midnight.

My first Captain Phasma!

First in line at Target the next morning!

Okay, who else misses seeing BB-8?

Still really like the TFA tie fighter. You should be able to find these on clearances at Target right now!

Here's hoping troopers return to the Target doors this year too! Well thanks for joining me on this memory toy run. Be sure to like, comment or subscribe! Please share your memories of Force Friday or a year of Force Awakens toys and collectables with us at any time!

Rogue Roundup

Over the last 48 hours we've come to see pretty much everything we'll be getting September 30th and shortly beyond that at least until November, so much so it can boggle the mind and question the pocket book! For the most concise lineup of the things we'll be getting that's been officially announced, head on over to Target and Amazon where they've setup pretty good brand pages that have lots to show. And if you're so inclined, Hasbro has let Pre-Orders commence for the 6" Jyn, U-Wing, and Black Series Stormtrooper helmet. Take a look and prepare, because the September 30th Launch Date is almost in range!

Friday Favorites: 6" Black Series ANH Stormtrooper

Happy Friday everyone, stormy here in Florida but keeping calm. Starting out our first weekly feature: Favorite Friday! This is where I'll pick out a favorite from my collection and talk about it. First up is the Hasbro Black Series 6" A New Hope Stormtrooper!

As you can see, he looks great. Been a favorite ever since I got him in mid 2015. My favorite aspect is his double jointed head articulation that can give you great poses.

He's no doubt a great action figure, and I think one of the most accurate troopers they've done. With Rogue One coming up there will be lots of demand for this figure, so it's being rumored if it does get a re-release it will likely be a pack in for a retailer exclusive. If you are still in need of one, Entertainment Earth actually has in stock andat retail price as of posting. That's about all for now, stay safe, be well, and May the Force be with you!
